Food Safety Training
In all aspects of food-related commerce, food safety is a top priority.
To meet the educational needs of our community, staff members at our Food Justice Campus teach ServSafe Food Safety courses on a regular basis.
We currently offer training & proctoring at our Food Justice Campus:
ServSafe Food Manager in-person class training + online test proctoring • Cost: $150 • 15 hours of classroom-style training • 2-hour online testing • Held-bi-monthly
ServSafe Food Manager online test proctoring only • Cost: $75 • 2-hour online testing (proctored in-person) • Held by appointment only • Exam fee not included. Must be purchased beforehand by testee
